Neet to make new bench seats. Current non-marine plywood are dry rotted and delaminating and on their last season. What woods are you using?

I will be replacing mine next season and I am planning on using 3/4" mahogany faced marine plywood.

There is a dealer in Ohio that has it for about $112 a sheet (that's plenty to replace).

They also have mahogany boards and other wood types that are reasonable.

I don't know your location (I can pick up because it's about 2 hours away), but they will ship.

If you just want something to put your butt on, you could use just regular 3/4" cabinet stock, and seal it with epoxy and paint it.
A bad day sailing is better than a good day at work...
